Metabolism Boosting Coconut Matcha Latte

This warm, frothy beverage is great around any time of the day. It is especially worth trying if you are trying to cut back on your coffee intake. Not to mention, matcha has endless health benefits. It is high in antioxidants like EGCg, boosts the metabolism, burns calories, detoxifies the body, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, prevents disease, and overall enhances mood and energy. To start off your day with this delicious latte, you’ll need some matcha powder, maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener), unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer) and coconut oil. Matcha Green Tea Energy Bites

Beat that MS fatigue by indulging in these yummy energy bites! Pop one in your mouth when you’re craving a fun little snack or need to lift your mood and energy. These are super simple and are paleo, dairy-free and no-bake. This recipe calls for unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil and of course, matcha! After mixing all these ingredients in a food processor, roll into 1” balls and you’re ready to go. Find the full recipe here.

Healthy Matcha Marshmallows

These fluffy and fun matcha-mallows are surprisingly healthy and super easy to make! Skip the refined sugars and the artificial ingredients in store bought marshmallows and try these instead. You only need six ingredients: Unflavored gelatin, cold water, agave nectar, matcha powder, vanilla paste, almond extract and salt. For the coating, you will need additional ingredients such as arrowroot starch, more matcha powder, and powdered erythritol, which is optional.  For full instructions on how to make this treat, click here.
