Mini Taco Tortilla Cups

(Via Lemons for Lulu)

The great thing about these mini taco cups is that they can be made as an easy meal or just a fun party appetizer. You can add whichever fun toppings you like to your mini taco cups which is all part of the fun. All you’ll need is a muffin tin, tortillas, taco seasoning, your choice of meat (or go meatless!) and your choice of taco toppings. This recipe suggests black beans, corn, peppers, avocado, tomatoes and Greek yogurt. Find the full recipe here!

Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Bites

(Via POPSUGAR)

How could you go wrong with mac ‘n cheese? While macaroni and cheese bites don’t sound the healthiest, you can customize recipes like this to your liking. If you have a gluten intolerance, maybe opt for gluten free elbow macaroni instead. If you don’t eat meat, stray away from the bacon or use vegetarian bacon strips, or even add a little tofu for some additional protein. Break out your mini muffin tins and have fun with this cheesy and yummy snack this weekend. Click here for the full instructions and recipe.
