Multiple Sclerosis Friendly Recipes

February 9, 2018

As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming weekend!

Yogurt Dipped Ombre Strawberries

(Via Eat Yourself Skinny)

Not only are these a healthier alternative to chocolate covered strawberries, but they are also way easier to make. All you need is some vanilla Greek yogurt, long stemmed strawberries and pink food coloring. Embrace the Valentine’s Day spirit by dividing your yogurt into four different bowls and creating different shades of pink with the pink food coloring.

One Pan Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon and Asparagus

(Via Café Delites) This healthy, romantic meal will sweep anyone off their feet, and the best part? It is super easy to make. Just coat your salmon fillets with garlic, parsley and lemon juice, then spray on a light coating of olive oil spray and finish off the seasoning with some salt and pepper. Arrange your asparagus around the salmon in a single layer and place some lemon slices over the top. Find the full recipe here!
