It’s no secret that turmeric does wonders for the immune system—the benefits are endless, especially in regards to fighting inflammation, a big problem in multiple sclerosis patients. It also improves digestion, enhances brain function, cures skin disorders, regulated hormones and relieves muscle and joint pain. There are many different ways in which people experiment with the beloved golden milk, but this recipe calls for ingredients such as full fat coconut milk, water, ground turmeric, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger, and some ground black pepper.
