Magical Immune Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie is magical for a reason—it has all the best ingredients you could possibly ask for. Filled with superfoods like kale and chia seeds, your body is getting hit with a ton of immune-boosting vitamins, fiber and omega-3s. Fish Taco Rice Bowls

This dinner recipe is perfect if you are trying to incorporate more fish into your diet. Consuming fish even just once a week could help improve your overall wellbeing and multiple sclerosis symptoms. Have some fun with the flavors and veggies you are adding into your fish taco bowl. Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Perfect if you are gluten free (or not), these cookies won’t have you feeling guilty after you sneak more than one after dinner. You’ll need creamy or chunky peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice), dark brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, rolled oats, baking soda and the chocolate chips of your choice.
