Multiple Sclerosis Friendly Recipes

October 13, 2017

As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming weekend!

Nectarine & Onion Pork Chops

Many fruits blend very well with the flavors of pork. Apples are often coupled with pork, but other fruits can do a great job too, as the nectarines do in this recipe.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ground chicken meatballs are just different enough to make a nice change of pace from beef, and the buffalo sauce gives you the same classic flavor that you’d get from buffalo wings, only without all the mess! Kids will love them, but they’re great for grown-ups too, especially for any kind of tailgate party or Game Day celebration.

Sweet & Salty Chocolate Bark

Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt a tiny (or not-so-tiny) pang of longing for a Cadbury Fruit and Nut bar. It’s OK; we’ve all been there. The chocolate on its own is good, but add in the chewy dried fruit and the crunchy nuts, and the party is on.
