Multiple Sclerosis Friendly Recipes

November 17, 2017

As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming weekend!

Pulled Pork Salad

Pulled pork is one of those great recipes that you can cook in bulk and then save for delicious leftovers all week: it makes quick lunches and dinners easy and it even freezes well, if freezing meals in advance is your thing.

Paleo Turkey Meatballs

It doesn’t matter if you are on the paleo or gluten free diet, these meatballs will please everyone who eats them.  They are moist and packed with flavor.  Because you are using ground turkey you have a leaner calorie count, because you are using almond flour instead of bread crumbs you have healthy oils and extra protein.

Cauliflower Popcorn

I’ve always wanted to try to make cauliflower popcorn when I started seeing it pop up in other blogs.  I researched dozens of cauliflower popcorn recipes to come up with my own.  Basically you cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces, put oil on them and bake.
