As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming weekend!

Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Huge sweet potatoes fan? If so, today's recipes are going to make you want to meal prep like crazy. Start off your day with this sweet, hearty and healthy breakfast bowl that features other ingredients like yummy almond butter (it can even double as dessert!). Bake your sweet potatoes the night before, the morning of if you have time, or even pop those in the microwave then mash them up. Add some cinnamon to taste, a drizzle of honey and add some of your other favorites as well, Healthy Liv recommends adding some banana, pecans, raisins and almond butter.


Ground Turkey Sweet Potato Skillet

The best kind of winter recipes are served in a skillet! This healthy dish is filling and light, with lean ground turkey and sweet potatoes as the main ingredients, how could we not recommend this meal? Start by browning the turkey and breaking up the meat as it cooks in the skillet. Once that has cooked through, add in olive oil, garlic, bell pepper and onion. Then add in cumin, chili powder, salt, sweet potatoes and water. Once the contents of the skillet have cooked through, remove from heat and add mozzarella and cilantro, and voila! Enjoy!


Cinnamon Spice Sweet Potato Bread

Sick and tired of banana bread? Sweet potato bread is another fun thing to make when you are in the baking mood or just need to get rid of a few straggling potatoes.
