As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming weekend!

Lemon Mint Iced Tea

For this recipe, I haven’t specified any particular type of tea; use whatever tastes good to you. Black or green tea is traditional with lemon, but if you like it really minty, you could also go for a peppermint tea as the base.


Zucchini & Egg Breakfast

Making a side dish of vegetables doesn’t have to be a time suck, though, and it also doesn’t have to feel like you’re eating dinner for breakfast. Zucchini comes to the rescue on both counts. It has a mild, sweet flavor that’s perfect for breakfast time, and it doesn’t take long at all to cook. Fried up quickly with your favorite cooking fat and topped with a creamy poached egg, it’s a cheerful way to start the morning off right.


Broiled Grapefruit

The standard response to a grapefruit is to either smother it with sugar, or eat it out of a can loaded with sugary syrup, masking the fruit’s natural tang and acidity behind a comforting blanket of sweetness.
