If you’re not a ground turkey super-fan like Maria, feel free to substitute ground chicken, pork, beef, bison, or lamb. The tangy and sweet dipping sauce makes the turkey bites taste even better, but make sure you find a jam that’s sweetened with only fruit and isn’t packed with other crazy ingredients.

Mojito Green Juice

I have a new favorite green juice recipe. Although I’ve never done a full on green juice diet or green juice detox, I think that green juice has major benefits and drink it several days every week. Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes

These dairy-free Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes are the perfect summer treat. I love making this healthy dessert on the last day of school when the boys and their friends crowd into our house to celebrate. Sometimes I assemble the Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes for everyone.
