Homemade Coconut Milk

If you read up on a diet that benefits MS patients you will often see regular milk substituted with coconut milk. Try making your own!


Mango Salsa

Fresh mango chopped with cucumber, cilantro, and scallion, make this vibrant, colorful Mexican salsa (it could also be considered a mango-cucumber pico de gallo) the perfect accompaniment to fish, chicken, or beef.



Meringues are a light and crunchy naturally gluten-free dessert that melt in your mouth. Better yet? Mine are made with only two ingredients –egg whites and maple syrup.
