Multiple Sclerosis Friendly Recipes

June 10, 2016

As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this weekend.

Raw Kale Shiitake Salad

Nothing screams summer like a refreshing salad, but sometimes they can get a bit redundant. This salad is out of the box and is sure to have you making it a second time. It is packed with kale, thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds and small amounts of olive oil, sesame oil and plum vinegar.

This 20 minute recipe is super versatile, easy and of course, healthy! Get yourself some fresh shrimp (I like to get them already cleaned for less of a hassle), honey, low sodium soy sauce, garlic and some fun garnishes like fresh green onion. Serve your delicious shrimp with brown rice and a side of vegetables and enjoy this filling dish.
