It is important to keep your immune system as healthy as you can, a big part of this is watching what you are feeding your body.  This smoothie is not only delicious and packed with peaches, pineapple and strawberries, but it is also packed with Vitamin C! Kale and Quinoa Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

This is by far one of my favorite salads, it will have you forgetting you are even eating a salad. Packed with amazing superfoods like kale and quinoa, it is also a super versatile recipe where you can add in any kind of seeds or veggies that you would like. The lemon vinaigrette is tangy, fresh and works perfectly with the other ingredients. Treat yourself by also sprinkling a bit of parmesan cheese on top when finished! You can find the recipe here.

Zucchini Noodles with Creamy Avocado Pesto

You are going to need to get your food processor and spiralizer ready, because this recipe calls for the famous zucchini noodles and creamy pesto. There is nothing healthier than a veggie based dish, but do not hesitate adding in a healthy protein like chicken. If you do not have time for spiraling your own noodles, you can now alternatively buy them at most supermarkets.
