Multiple Sclerosis Friendly Recipes

February 3, 2017

As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try atyour Super Bowl Party

Butternut Squash Fries

Fries! Fries! Fries! They’re one of North America’s best-loved side dishes, but restaurant fries are usually off the Paleo menu because they tend to be cooked in PUFA-rich seed oils. But there’s nothing wrong with the crispy, salty starch + fat combination that makes fries so appealing, so a tasty Paleo option is to make them yourself with a non-toxic cooking fat.

Pineapple Bacon Poppers

Here’s a super-simple appetizer bite with everyone’s FAVORITE food: bacon! That’s right, I can sense I’m forgiven already. These little morsels of goodness were inspired by my friend Stacy who brought bacon-wrapped pineapple to a brunch last weekend. Immediately I started dreaming about making something that tasted like Hawaiian pizza on a skewer and these came into being. Genius! http://stupideasypaleo.com/2013/02/02/superbowl-bites-pineapple-bacon-poppers/

Jalapeno-Lime Chicken Wings
