As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming week. Enjoy!

Chicken and Avocado Burritos

These fun and easy to make dish is perfects for when you need something delicious but fast. The avocado has long been considered a wonder-food for MS patients and if you make a few easy substitutions, this dish will be good to go for your swank diet. Use skim milk cheese and fat-free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.


Rosemary Potato Biscuits

This plant-strong biscuit is a great option for any MS patients who also happen to be vegans. The rosemary and garlic powder are an optional thing, but they sure do give these biscuits a great taste!


Dairy-Free Angel Food Cake

Angel food cake is naturally light and uses lots of egg whites, which is a great source of vitamin B12. If you remove the dairy from the equation, there is virtually no fat at all, assuming you don’t cover it in cool whip. I’ve found that berries are always a good sidekick.
