Muesli is known as a great and healthy way to start your day. This very quick and delicious version of muesli is easy to make and packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which can be a huge boost to Multiple Sclerosis patients. For a dairy-free version use coconut milk instead of regular milk or yogurt.


Homemade Turmeric Tea

This flavor packed tea is a miracle worker for MS patients. This drink is a natural pain killer and anti-inflammatory, like taking a med but without having to deal with the side effects. It contains 2 of the most MS friendly ingredients that are on the market (cinnamon and ginger). It is supposedly a staple in Chinese medicine for treating depression as well. Have a cup a day!


Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip

Everybody loves a big piece of pumpkin pie around this time of year. Unfortunately the extra weight gain that comes with it is never good. Here’s a way to get that great festive pumpkin taste without the calories.  Use Greek yogurt to get a good source of protein.
