As you’ve definitely seen before, the sweet potato is a very MS friendly food. This is a great choice for the weekend when you may have a little extra time to prepare breakfast. This recipe falls under the paleo diet and is a good source of Vitamin B12.

Baked chicken is one of the easiest things to make and very cost effective. Ginger is a notoriously MS friendly food, and the Asian flavor gives the chicken a sweet aroma and taste.


Pumpkin Pie Bars

It’s Halloween, so a pumpkin dessert is definitely in order. These vegetarian bars contain ginger and cinnamon, as well as plain Greek yogurt for protein and Vitamin B12. You can’t beat a few of these with a glass of milk in the fall!
