Peanut Butter and Banana No-Bake Granola Bars

This gluten free snack is perfect for a quick mid-day snack or something to add to a packed lunch. The best part is that you do not even have to turn on the oven to make them. Just mix the ingredients together and evenly, and leave them in the refrigerator to fall into form.


Warmly Spiced Quinoa Chickpea Stew

This dish is a cross between a casserole and a stew. It is cooked stove-top, much like a stew, but is much more like a casserole in texture. Quinoa is known as a very MS friendly dish and the many different spices add great flavor.


Olive Tapenade

This tapenade is perfecto serve with bread or crackers when you are entertaining company, and also falls under the paleo diet. The garlic not only adds taste but acts as an anti-inflammatory as well. If you want to go a step further, add sardines or anchovies to the mix, both of which are very MS friendly as well.
