Who doesn't like to sit back, relax and snack on a bag of popcorn? The store bought popcorn is most likely made with GMO corn and the fat used may not be as healthy too. Here is an easy way to make healthy and delicious popcorn in the comfort of your home!


Gnocchi with Pearl Millet Flour

Gnocchi prepared this way is quite tasty even when compared with gnocchi prepared with butter, wheat or all-purpose flour and with cheese on. For those of us on a gluten-free casein-free diet this is a wonderful alternative.


Orange and Almond Cake

This dairy and gluten free dessert is a great option and a different type of cake that you will normally see this time of year. The addition of almonds is a big one as they are known to limit inflammation in MS patients.
