Jicama and Roots Juice

Jicama is a low-calorie root vegetable. It consists of dietary fiber, and anti-oxidants, in addition to small proportions of minerals, and vitamins. It is one of the finest source dietary fiber and excellent source of oligofructose inulin, a soluble dietary fiber. This is known as a summer drink but I like to think that some MS patients may find themselves overheated at some point this winter when the heat is turned on too high.
