It is one of the finest source dietary fiber and excellent source of oligofructose inulin, a soluble dietary fiber. This is known as a summer drink but I like to think that some MS patients may find themselves overheated at some point this winter when the heat is turned on too high.

Plantains are rich in dietary fiber and Vitamin C. They are packed with potassium which helps regulate the blood pressure. Rich in prebiotics, bananas promote probiotics in your gut. Help maintain a healthy gut, eyesight and bone health.

Cinnamon's essential oils aid in the dissemination of food particles and stimulate saliva and gastric juices, which helps with most aspects of digestion and nutrient absorption.
