California Avocado Milkshake

The avocado is known as a fruit rich in antioxidants and helps to fight inflammation. Everyone wants to buy avocados and make some guacamole, but that can become a lot of work to do often. This fast and easy morning pick me up uses only 5 ingredients. Be sure to use coconut milk!


Avocado-Asparagus Salad

Sticking with the avocado theme, make this salad to induce re-myelination and detox. Asparagus is rich in Vitamin K, which is an essential part of repairing bones. Osteoporosis is a common occurrence with MS patients, especially ones on corticosteroids.


Chocolate Fudge

It's December! Everyone enjoys fudge around this time of year. The addition of anti-inflammatories walnuts or almonds will do wonders for MS patients. Also, this recipe allows for use of coconut oil and sugar. Enjoy!
