As is customary, every Friday we will provide you with 3 easy to prepare MS friendly recipes to try this coming week. This week we will focus on your upcoming Super Bowl party!

All-American Chili

Most chili recipes are made up of the same basic ingredients: beef, onion, spices, beans and some type of tomato product. The differences usually reside in the quantities used, how the dish is cooked, and for how long. This recipe strikes the perfect balance of textures, flavors and spice; the resulting chili is thick and tender. No need to add the dangerous cheese and sour cream.


Kale Pesto Pizza

This pizza is a kale lovers dream! It still has the great taste of a regular pizza with the golden mozzarella cheese, but the addition of walnuts and the gluten free dough will keep your symptoms at bay.


Brownie Bites

Instead of flour or melted chocolate, these brownie bites are held together with a special ingredient-- black beans! To keep the brownie bites lighter and lower in calories, you will use cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate, extra egg whites instead of butter, and Silk Unsweetened Cashew-milk instead of heavy cream. Decorate with white icing to make them look like footballs!
